Wynnstay Properties PLC is an AIM listed property investment and development company which owns and manages, office, retail, warehouse and industrial properties, focusing mainly on locations within Southern England.

HISTORY & INCORPORATION

Wynnstay Properties PLC was originally incorporated in the City of London on 9th April 1886 as Wynnstay Gardens Association and as the name suggests the Company’s original activities related solely to a residential development in Kensington. This development was sold in 1972 when the decision was made to invest into commercial property.

Since 1972 a number of small corporate acquisitions and individual property purchases have taken place.

The Company became a PLC on 6th March 1981 and its Shares and Convertible Loan Stock were admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in September 1995, having traded previously been traded under the Stock Exchange Rule 4.2.
