multi-let blocks/ terraces of several units / estates.
 
But Also

Offices – preferably multi let with self contained suites, floors.
Retail  units /A2/A3 or parades  – Good secondary  locations.
Mixed use, including residential.
 
Focusing on active management opportunities but also drier investments with “provable” rental growth in the medium term.

 
YIELD:

We require initial net yields of 6.00% +.

TENURE:

Freehold only

LOT SIZES:

Up to £3m but portfolios also considered where individual properties meet the above criteria.
